Meet levi.
Levi grew up in Kansas City and Texas. His first job in the industry started in one of Kansas City’s legendary BBQ powerhouses. He chased his passion in the culinary world by attending two culinary schools which launched his 26-year career into showcasing his talent in fine dining, luxury resorts, and corporate chef roles in the tech industry. Levi’s ultimate passion for smoked meats has led him into co-creating GOLDWOOD BBQ to provide BBQ reminiscent of his time in Kansas City and Texas.
Meet alisi.
Hospitality-focused, highly knowledgeable, and dedicated excellence are a few words to describe Alisi. She has built a career in hospitality, working every restaurant position, from server and bartender, to general manager and ultimately director of operation of multiple units, individual in branding. The pandemic pushed Alisi to explore her skills as an entrepreneur, which ultimately led to the birth of Saturn Rising, a craft beverage consulting company, then ultimately to the formation of Goldwood BBQ.
